This Site is dedicated to all those families of the people that have tragically disappeared on flights in and around New Zealand. I only hope that from all the effort in building this site and from all the effort of those taking part in this venture, that it will bear fruit in bringing ‘closure’ to their memories!
Gavin Grimmer
under snow a lot of the year, or as I’ve said before, anyone flying over there has
simply been looking ahead and not actually down at the ground beneath them.
This object looks very much out of place in all the surrounding environment, although
I do accept (due to past experiences) that it could still be just a group of white
rocks.
If anyone has been in this area, either in the air or on the ground, and has seen
anything unusual, please get in touch. If anyone is flying over the area, the approximate
co-ordinates are: 45° 36.12’S 167° 29.02E and if you are able to take a low level
high resolution digital photo of that area and send it to me, it would be very appreciated.
18/ In about 1967-68 a deer & goat culler found a piece of aluminum approx. 2 feet
x 3 feet and various other objects at the northern end of Lake Mintaro. He remembers
it as having a shade of green paint on it. If anyone knows of an aircraft that crashed
in that area, at or before that time, please contact me.
